The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) in Maharashtra is looking for EPC contractors to set up 42 MW of solar PV power capacity. It will comprise both rooftop PV and grid connected PV generation plant. The agency has not specified the exact capacity distribution.
The winners will need to design, engineer, manufacture, supply, install, test and commission this capacity. They will also offer operation and maintenance of the projects. Project development will be carried out over a period of 240 months or or 20 years on deferred payment basis, which means the payments need not be made right away, but at later dates in the future.
These will be spread across 10 zones within the jurisdiction of the NMC.
While the tender has been issued, the documents can only be downloaded from May 21, 2018 onward. Last date to submit these documents is June 20, 2018. More information on the tender is available on the website of NMC.
