Soon after firing its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), German solar production equipment manufacturer Manz AG has found a replacement. Manfred Hochleitner has been appointed as the company’s CFO effective July 1, 2018.

Hochleitner was till recently working as director Controlling/Finance and CFO of Pheonix Solar AG. Before that, he was employed with mechanical engineering firm Gämmerler AGand as Managing Director of Optiplan GmbH.

At Manz, he will look after finance and controlling, human resources, IT, organization, administration, investor relations and legal affairs.
