Nearly half the level of the tariff cap of $0.076 per kWh, the lowest bid of $0.03877 per kWh received in the 60 MW Cambodian solar PV tender is also the lowest recorded PV power bid in Southeast Asia till date, according to Asian Development Bank (ADB).
