Renewables Arm Of Indian Multinational Larsen & Toubro Bags EPC Orders For 1.8 GW Solar PV From ACWA Power & Masdar Led Consortiums In Saudi Arabia

ACWA Power and Water & Electricity Holding Company of Saudi Arabia have contracted the renewables arm of India headquartered multinational company Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Power Transmission & Distribution Business to construct the 1.5 GW Sudair Solar PV Project in the country.

The Um Rumah Island is one among over 90 islands as part of the Red Sea Project that will be powered by 100% renewable energy as the TRSDC has promised to deliver, contracting an ACWA Power led consortium to deliver the utilities infrastructure.
