Dutch Minister Estimates 145 GW Theoretical Potential For Rooftop PV, But Rules Out Agricultural Land

The Dutch Minister for Climate and Energy Rob Jetten has proposed ‘fine-tuning’ the Netherlands’ National Energy System Plan (NPE) that shows the country has a potential to install 173 GW solar PV capacity by 2050, with 145 GW theoretical poten.
