Mosaic closes $331 million loan securitization: US based solar financial services provider Mosaic has closed a $331 million securitization of residential solar loans, from 26 unique investors including insurance companies, money managers, banks, pension funds and hedge funds.

In a strategic deal, US based solar and storage services company Sunnova Energy International Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SunStreet, the residential solar platform of one of the largest home builders, Lennar Corporation.
