The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has uploaded an amended request for selection (RfS) document for 100 MW of grid connected solar PV projects in the state of Chhattisgarh. The deadline has been extended to May 6, 2016.

Chhattisgarh recently made it mandatory for new government buildings, semi-government establishments and institutional bodies to install solar rooftop power plants. The decision came into effect on January 1, 2016.
