The Smarter E / Intersolar Europe 2023 at Munich, Germany continues to be the hotbed of various partnerships, deals and new product unveilings. Maxeon has announced collaborations with Samsung, ev.energy, while exhibiting new generation products including TOPCon panels; SolarEdge has launched new commercial storage system for small- to medium-sized PV installations; LONGi plans to expand its module supply to Europe and beyond with Energy3000 committing to deliver at least 1.5 GW of its modules; Astronergy has secured TÜV NORD certificate for its n-type modules doing well against LETID; Menlo Electric and Deye expanded their existing cooperation by an additional 100 MW for MENA market.

Maxeon at Intersolar: Maxeon Solar Technologies has announced a collaboration with Samsung Electronics to integrate the company's SunPower one residential energy solution with the latter's SmartThings' connected home platform. It says this will enable homeowners to increase their energy independence, save money and contribute to a cleaner environment. Recently, Samsung announced a collaboration with SMA Solar of Germany for its SmartThings smart home ecosystem (see Heat Pumps & PV Systems Connect).

Maxeon is also launching a partnership with electric vehicle (EV) charging software company ev.energy enable consumers use solar power for their EVs. A member of the European Solar Industry Alliance (ESIA), Maxeon is also showcasing its new generation Performance line solar panels, with high efficiency TOPCon cell technology.
