JA Solar partners with Exel Solar: Solar PV panel manufacturer JA Solar announced that it has signed a 2022 cooperation agreement with Mexico distributor Exel Solar. As per the agreement, both companies will work together to further provide high-efficiency modules and high-quality services, and also continue promoting sustainable development in the local PV market. Recently, JA Solar announced completion of a 10.705 MW floating solar PV power plant in Israel (see 11 MW Floating Solar Power Plant Online In Israel)

Beyondsun among 2022 Global Top 500 New Energy Enterprises: Solar products company Beyond Sun said that it has been ranked among the 2022 Global Top 500 New Energy Enterprises List, which has been jointly released by China Energy News and China Energy Economic Research Institute was released. This is the first time the company has been listed. Earlier this year, BeyondSun had introduced its BiDriveUltraMax660W series modules (see China PV News Snippets)

Shuangliang launches wholly-owned subsidiary in Baotou: China headquartered solar PV production equipment maker Shuangliang Eco-Energy said in an announcement that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in order to expand the construction and production of its monocrystalline silicon facility in Baotou, which has an output of 50 GW. As per local media reports, the new company has a registered capital of RMB 2 billion ($0.29 billion). Last year, Shuangliang Eco-Energy had lent RMB 1.1 bn to its subsidiaries (see China PV News Snippets)

Seraphim's lightweight 28-frame module passes TUV-SUD test: Solar products manufacturer Seraphim's photovoltaic module product announced that its light 28-frame module has passed the third-party certification agency TUV-SUD's low-temperature static mechanical load test. Seraphim and TUV-SUD's low temperature load test was conducted in a third-party laboratory under the installation conditions of 4 fixtures and an extremely low ambient temperature of -40°C, the frontal 5400Pa/ Static mechanical load test of 2400Pa on the back. The results showed that the module was intact, and had cleared the insulation and wet leakage tests too, and the power attenuation stood within 5%.
