Sumin PERC cell mass production efficiency exceeds 23.33%; CNNP acquires 100% equity of CNNC Rich Energy

Sumin PERC cell mass production efficiency exceeds 23.33%: The average mass production efficiency of large-size and high-efficiency PERC solar cells independently developed by Sumin Renewable Energy Technology has successfully exceeded 23.33%, according to the company.  The project also conducted an in-depth combing and analysis of the entire process, optimizing the industry's conventional front and back passivation design ideas and process flow, improving the field effect passivation effect, and achieving an increase in Voc and FF. The new product has a Voc of 688mV and FF of 0.820 or more. CNNP acquires 100% equity of CNNC Rich Energy for RMB 2.11 bn: China National Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (CNNP) recently completed an acquisition to make CNNC Rich Energy Corporation its wholly owned subsidiary. After the acquisition, the installed capacity of the company has touched 5.3 GW, out of which PV power is around 3.5 GW.
