China Three Gorges 1st overseas PV project equity investment: Three Gorges New Energy Luxembourg, a subsidiary of Chinese state-owned power company Three Gorges, has successfully completed the delivery of a 25% equity interest in Spain-based Daylight plant, the company said in an announcement. This is Three Gorge's first overseas new energy investment project and marks the company foray into the international market. The acquired Daylight project in Spain includes 13 PV plants with a total installed capacity of 572 MW, which is one of the largest PV operation asset package projects in Spain, it said.

Akcome & PowerChina partner for PV projects: Chinese solar cell and module producer Akcome Technology and engineering management company PowerChina Guizhou Engineering have decided to construct and develop a high-efficiency heterojunction PV module factory base, large-scale PV power plant projects and financial investment platform, Akcome said in an announcement. Apart from this, PowerChina will purchase RMB 3.6 billion ($0.56 billion) worth products from Akcome Technology.

Zoomlight & Anshan sign up for rooftop distributed PV project: Zoomlight, an energy internet enterprise and bifacial solar cell and module manufacturer Jolywood, and Anshan Qianying Town have come together to provide the city with distributed photovoltaic roof. Recently, Zoomlight and Jolywood Zhilian Energy Engineering had signed the Household Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contract Agreement with Shanghai Yuanye New Energy (see China PV News Snippets: Sungrow, Tongwei, Jolywood)

China Energy signs 1.5 GW agreement with Jingdezhen: Thermal power producer China Energy released a statement that its Jiangxi branch has signed a 1.5 GW new energy development agreement with the governments of Leping and Fuliang counties in Jingdezhen City. As per the agreement, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China Energy's Jiangxi Branch will develop and construct 1 GW of new energy projects in Leping City and jointly build integrated energy demonstration projects for generation,  storage and use. In addition, it will develop and construct 550 MW of new energy projects in Fuliang County, such as rooftop distributed photovoltaic and centralized photovoltaic projects on water surfaces.
