Sineng Electric Appoints Ex-Sungrow Senior Resource Derek Huang As President Of Sineng Electric Europe

As solar climbs up on the priority list of Europe, interest of international solar companies in that market is increasing as well. China headquartered global solar PV inverter supplier Sineng Electric has announced the appointment of Derek Huang as the president of its European operations.

"As the President of Sineng Electric European Region, me and my team will serve our European customers in the maximum way!" said Huang who will be based out of Germany. The company is now actively looking to expand the European team.

Having joined the company from October 4, 2022, Huang has moved to Sineng from Germany based global solar project developer and EPC service provider Greencells Group where he was the company's chief sales and procurement officer.

He also spent over 5 years with another Chinese solar inverter company Sungrow in Munich, Germany and before that well over 6 years with Huawei Technologies across various functions and geographical locations.

"With his sense of business and wide breadth of experience, we are convinced that Derek is the President Europe able to meet all the challenges. He will lead the team to serve our clients and realize a fruitful future at Sineng Europe," said Sineng while announcing the appointment.
