Bennett will continue to stay on in the CFO role till he transitions to the chief accounting officer (CAO) position, a position he held at Nextracker's former parent company Flex for 17 years. He will report to the new CFO.

Boynton will step down from Nextracker's board to take up the CFO position. He joined Nextracker board in February 2023.

He left SunPower Corporation in 2018 where he was employed as the EVP and CFO, while continuing as the CEO of SunPower's JV yieldco 8point3 Energy Partners that was sold to Capital Dynamics (see Chuck Boynton To Leave SunPower).
