His role at Flextronics was to oversee more than 40 manufacturing sites with revenues of over $10 billion. He has also worked in Israel with Flextronics.

Welcoming Bechnor to SolarEdge, Co-Chairman of the company Nadav Zafrir said, "We are excited to welcome him to our team and confident that he will significantly enhance our operations capabilities and execution. Bechor will no doubt contribute greatly to the operational aspects needed to grow both our core smart energy business and our recently acquired businesses, including lithium ion cells and batteries of Kokam."
