Vikram Solar Limited, the Indian solar module maker and EPC service provider, has appointed Rajendra Kumar Parakh as the company's chief operating officer (COO) for the EPC business division.
Parakh has been with Vikram Solar since 2017 when he joined as the chief financial officer (CFO), in which position the company said he has been driving several strategic and financial planning initiatives.
A Chartered Accountant (CA) by degree, Parakh has worked in various leadership roles across various industries as manufacturing, mining, industrial engineering, iron and steel and polymer.
As the COO, Parakh will be responsible for both domestic and international EPC markets for the company that has so far executed more than 300 projects with a cumulative capacity of 1.44 GW.
