On Tuesday, September 30, Astronergy team had the pleasure to attend to the opening ceremony on the Parma I PV plant, hold after the conclusion of the revamping and repowering works performed by Stern Energy, which has a portfolio of projects under construction in various European countries.
‘It has been exciting for us to be able to see with our own eyes the excellent results achieved by Stern Energy and to know that we have contributed, once again, to the realisation of a project that is part of an even bigger project: a sustainable future powered by renewable energy,’ commented Timo Franz, Head of Project Business Europe at Astronergy.
This project consisted in the full revamping and repowering of a 6 MWp fixed tilt PV plant, which has been upgraded to a 9MWp single axis tracking system. The plant is now powered by 14.400 ASTRO N5 modules with SMBB technology and thought to power around 3.000 families.
The Astronergy team involved in this project is working with the customer on numerous projects in Italy, France, Germany and other European countries, supporting the customer every step of the way and fully understanding their needs and the type of plant required, in order to guide the customer towards the solar solution that can guarantee the required performance.
