Calendar Week 12 was another positive one for the TaiyangNews PV Price Index, with 5 downstream products recording price increases.
Prices in the polysilicon category remained unchanged, continuing their stability since CW2 of 2025.
The wafer segment held steady WoW after CW11 saw n-type 182 mm and 210R wafers rise 1.7% and 3.7%, respectively.
All 3 TOPCon cell variants were up WoW in CW12, with the 182 mm up 0.7% and the 210 mm and 210 R variants up an identical 3.4% from CW11.
As in the previous week, the 2 listed TOPCon module types saw price hikes – bifacial 182 mm 72-cell modules by 1.4% and bifacial 210 mm 60-cell modules by 2.1%.
After seeing increases of 2.6% (3.2 mm) and 8.3% (2.0 mm) WoW in CW10, solar glass prices remained flat WoW.
Overall, Calendar Year 2025 has been positive overall for the TaiyangNews PV Price Index, with 12 of the 23 tracked products registering price increases and none seeing declines YtD.
