Polysilicon prices held steady week-on-week (WoW) after dropping 1.2-9.4% in CW11.
In the wafers segment, n-type 210 mm was down 2% WoW while the others held steady.
All 3 listed cell types recorded decreases WoW, ranging from 2.5% to 5.0%.
In the modules category, 5 out of 10 listed products saw price drops between 0.6% and 2.4% WoW.
Solar glass prices remained unchanged WoW, following their first declines of 2026 in CW11.
Calendar Year 2026 is shaping up to be a mixed bag for the TaiyangNews PV Price Index, with declines continuing into CW12, making it a 4-week trend. Year-to-date, polysilicon, wafers, and solar glass are in negative territory, while cells and modules remain positive.
