ConfirmWare Technology, a leading supplier of module production equipment, presented its third-generation stringing system platform for various cell technologies, including zero busbar, xBC, and multi-busbar, at SNEC 2025.

The company unveiled its high-speed stringer called AZS120CA that supports multiple module designs and interconnection layouts. The tool, which the company characterizes as ‘the world’s fastest Ultrahigh Speed MBB Cell Stringer’, supports a throughput of 12,000 pieces/hour..Chief among its other promoted features is modularity. The company states that the tool enables seamless switching between zero busbar (0BB) and multi-busbar (MBB) soldering. Equipped with the AI-powered Tunnel Lightbox Temperature Control V2.0 system, it achieves precise and uniform heating on the cell surface.

It is also equipped with a high-precision ribbon handling system, a floating steel plate dispensing platform, and a flexible transport system to realize stable equipment operation. The dual-track circulating buffer system, AI self-diagnostic data adjustment, and order-specific recipe system are all designed for user-friendly operation.
