  • Apart from new modules, PHONO Solar launched its new PV carport solution for urban resident charging solution

At the recently concluded Intersolar Europe 2024, Nanjing, China-based photovoltaic (PV) module maker PHONO Solar showcased its latest additions to the HJT Helios series and TOPCon Draco series modules. In addition to the expansion of n-type high-efficiency high-power module portfolio, the company also launched its light-weight high-efficiency module and PV carport solution, which were displayed at its booth from June 19 to 21, 2024.

The company's new Draco series module, fabricated with 210R rectangular TOPCon cells in a 144-cell double-glass configuration, yields 625 W of maximum STC-rated output power. With the latest addition of the rectangular cell-based Draco series TOPCon module, the upper limit of the series' power range has expanded from 595W to 625W. The series now offers a variety of models starting from 400 W output power, added the company.

Alongside the TOPCon cell-based product, PHONO Solar expanded its 210 mm wafer-based HJT Helios series module portfolio with a brand new 730 W model, yielding an efficiency of up to 23.5%. Its low-temperature coefficient of  -0.24%/℃ can be attributed to its high-quality HJT cell structure. The HJT module's 30-year linear power warranty can be attributed to multiple key reliability metrics, namely n-type cell technology with lower LID and LeTID, anti-PID characteristics, aided by a TCO film on both sides of the HJT cell structure, and a PIB-based sealant across the module frame to resist humidity ingression.

PHONO's latest lightweight series 495W module possesses easy-to-clean and anti-glare features with flexibility in installation and adapting to complex roofing scenarios. Apart from modules, the company also unveiled its PV carport solution integrated with the European-certified Draco modules for convenient charging facilities for urban residents.
