Grand Sunergy Technology, a Chinese heterojunction (HJT) PV cell & module manufacturer, exhibited its latest product lineup at booth A2-134 during Intersolar Europe 2025, held from May 7 to 9. The TaiyangNews team visited the company’s booth, showcasing its latest 745 W HJT module.

This module is the latest addition to Grand Sunergy’s GSM-MH3/132-BHDG series. Though the technical details regarding this new model are limited, one can draw insights from its commercially available counterpart from the same series.

Product Description

Featuring 132 pieces of G12 half-cut HJT cells, this module boasts a power output of up to 745 W and an efficiency of up to 23.98%. This represents a 15 W increase in power and a 2% relative efficiency gain over its predecessor, which offers 730 W of power and 23.51% efficiency. These gains are primarily attributed to the recovery of active cell area enabled by the zero-gap cell-to-cell interconnection design. Leveraging the intrinsic nature of HJT cells, this module offers good low-light performance during dawn, dusk, or overcast situations, claimed Grand Sunergy.

Sized at 2,384 × 1,303 × 33 mm, this module is well suited for utility and commercial & industrial (C&I) applications.
