The showcased inverters included single- and 3-phase models with updated power ratings and parallel connection options
The off-grid inverter supports 9 kW PV input for 6 kW capacity and up to 12 parallel units without hardware replacement
Senergy’s ESS inverters include dual enclosure designs, LCD touch displays, and smart control capabilities
Senergy, a China-based inverter and energy storage system ESS) provider, presented its latest offerings at SNEC 2025 in Shanghai.
A fully-owned subsidiary of Asian Power Devices Inc. (APD), Senergy also provides original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services to its clients, mainly for PV inverters. Senergy has its R&D and manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen and Taipei, and a manufacturing base in Vietnam.
At SNEC 2025 in June, Senergy showcased its latest ESS and an off-grid inverter, catering to residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) markets. The company presented upgraded features of its single- and 3-phase ESS inverter products, namely, SE 3/3.6/5/6KHB-D1/LV-ECO and SE 12/15/20/25/30KHB.
The single-phase product has been designed for residential and light commercial use, with power ratings of 3, 3.6, 5, and 6 kW. The product supports up to 7.8 kW PV input with dual MPPTs, and supports 40-60 V lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries. The product is rated for IP65 indoor/outdoor use, and up to a maximum of 9 units can be used in parallel, according to the company. The 3-phase product, ideal for C&I applications, offers a maximum efficiency of 98.4% and a battery efficiency of 98%, according to Senergy. The product supports up to 45 kW PV input with 3 MPPTs, with 120-800 V lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries.
Although Senergy’s products share several features with other mainstream ESS inverters available in the market, its unique differentiators are the dual hardware versions – a die-cast aluminum enclosure and a lightweight, low-cost enclosure for Europe and Asia/Africa/LATAM regions, respectively. Additionally, the inverters feature a color touch LCD display for an improved user experience.
In addition to the 2 ESS inverters mentioned above, Senergy unveiled and showcased its latest off-grid inverter, SE 6KFG-S1/LV, at SNEC 2025. The key differentiators, according to the company, are 9 kW input power support for a 6 kW inverter capacity and support for up to 12 parallel units without replacing existing hardware. Common features, similar to other off-grid inverters, include efficiencies of 95% PV to AC and 93% battery to AC, compatibility with 40-60 V lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries, an IP54 rating, and temperature and surge protection.
According to Senergy, the products showcased at SNEC 2025 offer smart control, with mobile setup, remote monitoring, and firmware upgrade capabilities.
