SolaX Power has unveiled its AI Copilot, which is supported by generative AI technology
Unlike the basic chatbots, it delivers data visualization, product comparison, and troubleshooting instructions in multiple user languages
The company states AI Copilot offers accurate and reliable responses instantly
SolaX POWER, a provider of PV inverters and energy storage solutions, has introduced SolaX AI Copilot, a virtual assistant powered by generative AI.
It is designed to interact virtually with end-users, understand their questions, and automatically provide relevant responses or recommendations across SolaX’s product portfolio. Compared to basic chatbots that handle only basic question-and-answer (Q&A) interactions, the Copilot offers data visualization, troubleshooting instructions, and product comparison in multiple languages, among others.
This AI Copilot, with 24/7 availability, responds to more than 80% of common user questions – product details, battery compatibility checks, and energy data analysis – , claimed SolaX. As an example, the company states that users can access X3-Hybrid G4 inverter data, starting from installation guidance to troubleshooting instructions, through a single chat interface.
In addition, upon request, users get infographics and images to visualize complex technical data in a simple way.
For example, SolaX AI Copilot, when asked about an inverter error code, extracts details from official documentation, provides a probable cause definition, and shares troubleshooting steps. Sharing another example of product comparison between X3-Hybrid G4 and X3-Ultra, the company states that the virtual assistant delivers a result by analyzing technical specifications and manuals.
From a performance and reliability perspective, SolaX highlighted a few key points, which it characterizes as ‘critical’ for users who need data during installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting. It identifies the purpose behind a user’s question and directs it to the correct information source, with over 95% ‘Intent Routing Accuracy’. It also minimizes misinformation by fetching the most relevant and accurate information from its internal databases with a ‘Retrieval Accuracy’ of more than 98%. In addition to ensuring the quality of data, the AI Copilot generates responses after a user submits a query or ‘First Token Latency’ in less than 6 seconds. It also maintains stable performance during high demand with more than 100 concurrent user queries.
The company attributes these characteristics to the scalable and modular architecture of AI Copilot.
SolaX states that solar consumers can benefit from multiple aspects of AI Copilot. It adds that the tool reduces the efforts required to interpret technical data or resolve issues for homeowners, technicians, and operators. It diagnoses error codes with detailed solutions, verifies battery compatibility with a list of inverters, and analyzes data to identify patterns of energy and detect anomalies across systems. In addition, its ‘multi-turn conversations’ feature supports follow-up queries by users for deeper troubleshooting.
