Topcon Module Series From Hanersun

HanerSun promotes its wide range of module products and the latest is HItouch 6N high-efficiency solar module. Based on the latest TOPCon technology, the HItouch 6N uses 210 mm large silicon wafers. This combination enables the module series to achieve a maximum power output of 700W and an efficiency of up to 22.53%.

The other important features of the module include a halfcell layout interconnected with 12 to 20 busbars. The round ribbons used for the interconnection increased the output power by 2%, according to HanerSun. The module is built with high-density cell interconnect technology, maintaining the intercell spacing at 0.5 mm. Factoring in nearly zero LID/ LeTID and better low irradiance performance, HanerSun says its module facilitates better energy yield in the real operating conditions in the field.

The product series has 3 variants – bifacial, monofacial and all-black. While the all-black product is customizable, the remaining 2 are built with 132 halfcells. The bifacial module can further be opted with a transparent backsheet. According to the data sheet on the company's website, the best configuration of the series has a power rating of 695 W and a 22.37% efficiency. HanerSun also promotes its previous HItouch 5N series.
