NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) has invited bids for the balance of system (BOS) package for a 200 MW grid-connected solar PV project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The broad scope of work for eligible bidders spans design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the project, excluding the supply of solar modules.
Design and construction of the foundation, erection of the tracker-based module mounting structure (MMS) for panels, installation of PV modules on MMS, and PV module interconnection are also part of the job description.
Winners will need to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of the solar power plant along with electrical equipment, consumables, and spare parts for 3 years from the date of commissioning of full project capacity.
Eligible bidders should have developed a cumulative installed grid-connected power plant capacity of 40 MW or higher. Of this, at least a 10 MW power plant should have been in successful operation for at least 6 months. The company’s average annual turnover should not be less than INR 66 crore during the preceding 3 financial years.
It launched the tender on April 2, 2026. Bid submissions can be submitted till May 5, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day.
