

ACME Solar’s Q2 FY26 revenue rose 103.8% YoY to INR 601 crore on higher CUF and additions
EBITDA jumped 108.3% YoY to INR 534 crore, while PAT was up 652.1% to INR 115 crore
The company’s total operational capacity reached 2.92 GW, with another 4.47 GW under construction, including 13.5 GWh of BESS
A higher capacity utilization factor (CUF) and capacity additions during Q2 fiscal year 2026 (quarter ending September 2025) increased renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) and EPC company ACME Solar Holdings revenues by 103.8% year-on-year (YoY) with INR 601 crore. Its EBITDA during the quarter also increased by 108.3%, totaling INR 534 crore.
The renewable energy developer reported a profit after tax (PAT) of INR 115 crore, representing a 652.1% annual increase with a PAT margin of 19.1%. ACME Solar Chairperson and MD Manoj Kumar Upadhyay said, “With higher generation and improved efficiency, we delivered resilient financial performance - achieving more than 100% growth in EBITDA on y-o-y basis.”
The company’s year-to-date (YtD) cumulative commissioned capacity during H1 FY26 increased to 378 MW, while YtD PPA signed capacity reached 600 MW/1,350 MWh and 550 MWh.
ACME Solar says its power generation increased by 133.8% YoY during the reporting quarter, to 1,539 million units (MU). CUF increased from 22.2% in Q2 FY25 to 24.1% in Q2 FY26.
ACME’s total operational capacity across solar, wind, storage, hybrid, and firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects stands at 2.918 GW. It has another 4.47 GW under construction, including 13.5 GWh of BESS installations. The company targets a portfolio with 10 GW of generation capacity and 15 GWh of BESS capacity.
“Looking ahead, phased delivery of the 5.1 GWh BESS order is expected to commence in December, with staged commissioning from Q4 FY26 onwards,” added Upadhyay.
In September 2025, ACME Solar raised INR 38.92 billion from the State Bank of India for a 400 MW FDRE project in Rajasthan. It also informed that the company dropped its plans to acquire AK Renewable Infra Private Limited (see India Solar PV News Snippets).
