Clenergy bags 293 MW PV tracker supply order: Solar PV mounting and tracker  system supplier Clenergy has won the bid to supply 293 MW capacity to TBEA under a 600 MW photovoltaic demonstration project bid Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The 600 MW capacity will be developed in form of  7 projects. Clenergy's winning bid is for 3 projects for 293 MW and it signed an equipment purchase contract with TBEA for a value of RMB 199 million ($29 million). Clenergy will supply its single axis solar PV trackers for this project.

2 GW solar PV project in Jiangxi province: Jiangxi province is set to become home to a 2 GW solar PV project after its Xinfeng County administration signed an agreement to this effect with the State Power Investment Jiangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. The Xinfeng Ecological Comprehensive Utilization Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is estimated to cost an investment of RMB 11 billion ($1.61 billion). On achieving full completion of the entire capacity in 2025, it is estimated to generate 2.5 billion kWh annually and generate an annual income of about RMB 1.3 billion ($190 million). The project will be developed in 2 phases of 1 GW each, with phase I expected to cost RMB 5.5 billion ($806 million).

LONGi modules for Chile project: LONGi has supplied 28,720 high efficiency solar modules for a solar power plant in Chile with 11.7 MW capacity. The project, connected to the grid now, has come up in Andes province of Chile on 24.4-hectare land. It has been developed by D'E Capital and constructed by EPC company Orion Power for an investment of $12 million. In February 2020, LONGi's 122 MW Hi MO4 bifacial modules were selected by Atlas Renewable Energy for its 244 MW solar plant in Chile (see LONGi's Bifacial Modules For 244 MW Chile Project).

Huarong Technology won EPC bid for 200 MW: Huarong Technology has secured an EPC contract to build a 200 MW solar PV project from Pmingdu Anxin Power Investment. The project is to be set up in Nanbu village of Pingdu city using 700,000 monocrystalline solar panels.
