After an exciting and insightful 3 days, Intersolar Europe 2022 came to an end with several new dialogues and hope for a completely renewable energy powered world to be realized soon. Here are some of the products presented by various manufacturers during the event.

IBC solar presented new module: IBC Solar used the platform to present its new high quality PV module for the residential solar segment, that was specially designed to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary. The IBC MonoSol 415/420 MS-HC-N module has an output of 415W to 420W, efficiency of 21.51% based on TOPCon cell technology. It offers product warranty of 15 years and due to the anniversary, extended it by another 40 months.

Solis showcases 3 new inverters: Ginlong Technologies (Solis) exhibited its 3 new energy storage inverters, expanding its offerings. S5-EO1P(4-5)K-48 is an off-grid inverter that supports parallel operation up to 10 units, system up to 50 kW. It is targeted for areas without power grids or those with frequent power outages. Another product is S6-EH1P(3-6)K-L that supports up to 10 units in parallel on grid and backup, along with pure offgrid applications with generator. It is suitable for small to medium level commercial energy storage systems. This one offers up to 16A of MPPT current input to support 182mm/210mm solar panels. The 3rd product launched at the event S6-EH3P(5-10)K-H integrates 2 to 4 MPPTs and is aimed for residential rooftop installations with multiple array orientations. It will also support pure off grid applications with generator communication support.

Arctech comes to Intersolar with Skyline II: Arctech launched Skyline II as the 1st 1P tracker with synchronous multi-point drive mechanism. The company introduced the new product as the new generation rigid horizontal single-axis tracker with an independent row and 1P architecture. It is very stiff, unlike traditional flexible trackers that rotate excessively during wind, which safely stows at 0° without torsional distortion, according to the company.

Trina Solar showcases new generation modules: Trina Solar unveiled its new generation of Vertex S universal rooftop modules with up to 430W power output, and Vertex 580W modules for larger C&I projects. Based on 210mm (G12) wafer sized cells, the manufacturer said these modules offer high efficiency and power compared to its competing products in the market. For the rooftop segment, it has also offered a new Vertex S+ module that comes with an extended 25-year product and 30-year performance warranty. For both these products, Trina claims an efficiency level of up to 21.5%.
