Aiko's RMB 1.6 billion fund raising approved: Chinese solar cell producer Aiko Solar announced that the Issuance Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission has reviewed and approved the company's application for non-public issuance of A shares in 2022. The total funds to be raised through non-public offering of Aiko Solar will not exceed RMB 1.6 billion ($0.22 billion). The raised funds, after deducting issuance expenses, will be used to construct Zhuhai's new generation 6.5 GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell facility, and towards working capital. Jinko Power to raise RMB 3 billion: Clean energy supplier and service provider Jinko stated that it will soon be raising funds to the tune of RMB 2.9 billion ($0.4 billion). Apart from replenishing working capital and repaying bank loans, the net proceeds will be used towards:

• 300 MW photovoltaic power generation project in Jinchuan
• 200 MW photovoltaic power generation project in Jingliang
• 300 MW agricultural and photovoltaic PV project (Phase I) at Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Hongyue Farm

National Bureau says solar cell production rises by 35.6%: Replying some local media questions, the  Chinese National Bureau of Statistics said:

• With the acceleration of green and low-carbon transformation, the production of related products has increased rapidly. From January to October, the output of new energy vehicles and solar cells have risen by 108.4% and 35.6% year-on-year respectively

With the widespread application of information technology, new business types continue to maintain rapid growth, and from January to October, the online retail sales of physical goods have increased by 7.2% year-on-year, 1.1 percentage points faster than that from January to September
