Zhonghuan Holdings to buy raw materials from Xinjiang GCL: The parent company of leading wafer maker Zhonghuan, Zhonghuan Holdings Group, announced that as per its operating needs, the company may have procurement transactions to the tune of RMB 9.8 billion ($1.4 billion) in 2023. Out of this, about RMB 7 billion will be spent in purchasing raw materials from Xinjiang GCL, an enterprise engaged in non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry.

Kzone equipment passes client inspection: Wet process equipment and process technology solution provider, Kzone, over WeChat said that its first single-batch 6-basket universal alkaline processing equipment has passed client inspection. The company has independently developed and produced this equipment, and the production capacity is over 15,000 pieces per hour. The equipment has improved production capacity and stability, the company added.
