JA Solar to speak at TaiyangNews Virtual Conference on Jan 31: On Jan 31, Senior Product Strategy Manager JA Solar, Lida Guo, will be speaking at the TaiyangNews Solar Module Innovations Conference. The topic she will be addressing is: PV Module Technologies and Future Trend. At the Conference, there will be world leading vertically integrated PV panel manufacturers who will discuss innovations that are taking place in solar module technology. Besides JA Solar, there will be speakers from LONGi Solar, Trina Solar, Jinko Solar, Astronergy, DASolar; and for the first time, world's leading silicon and solar cell manufacturer Tongwei Solar will also be part of this Conference. Hefei to launch PV industry incentive policies: The Technology Development Management Committee of Hefei City, Anhui Province, has issued a notice on launching several policies that will further promote the photovoltaic industry in Hefei. Included among the policies will be those that encourage scale expansion, supports distributed applications, promotes multi-energy projects, and intelligent operation and implementation. Earlier this year, Huasun had signed up for a 5 GW HJT cell and module facility in Hefei (see China PV News Snippets)
