AikoSolar to speak at TaiyangNews Virtual Conference on 27 June: Dr Shawn Li, Head of Product Management & Solutions Sales, AikoSolar will be speaking at the two-days TaiyangNews Virtual Conference on Global PV System Technology Trends H1/2023 – Takeaways From World Largest Solar Trade Shows SNEC Shanghai & Intersolar Munich. Like the name suggests, the Conference spread across two days, from 27-28 June 2023, will reflect on the major technology trends seen at SNEC Shanghai and Intersolar Munich. Tongwei, JinkoSolar wins CTG bid:  China Three Gorges Group (CTG) recently announced the winners for its centralized photovoltaic module procurement bid. The winners include integrated solar PV manufacturer Tongwei and module supplier JinkoSolar, among others, local media reports said. The total procurement capacity is expected to be about 752 MW, out of which p-type double-sided double-glass module is of 639 MW, and the n-type double-sided double-glass module is of about 113 MW. Polycrystalline prices continue to fall for over two consecutive weeks: Announcing the latest prices, the silicon industry stated that:

• The price range of domestic n-type materials was at RMB 70,000 to RMB 75,000/ton ($9749.4 to $ 10445.8), and the average transaction price was at RMB 73,900/ton ($10292.6), a week-on-week decrease of 8.2%.
• The price range of single crystal dense materials was at RMB 63,000 to RMB 68,000/ton ($8774.50 to $9470.8), and the average transaction price was at RMB 66,400/ton, a week-on-week decrease of 8.29%.
