Leading solar PV manufacturer JinkoSolar has received conformity certification for its carbon management system from TÜV Rheinland. The company claims to be the first in the PV industry to be certified under both ISO 14064-1:2018 and ISO 14067:2018 standards.
According to the company, its carbon management system is built upon internationally recognized greenhouse gas accounting standards and tailored to the specific characteristics of the photovoltaic sector. By integrating intelligent algorithms, JinkoSolar ensures the scientific accuracy and consistency of its carbon emissions data. The system uses intelligent algorithms to ensure accurate and consistent emissions data. The system enables digital control of direct and indirect emissions at the organizational level and manages environmental impact across the full product lifecycle, significantly enhancing the efficiency and precision of carbon quantification.
On the operational front, JinkoSolar reported recently that its Phase I of the Ziyang City manufacturing facility, jointly developed with Shijing Technology, is now online (see China Solar PV News Snippets).
