Waaree takes stake in Kotson’s: Waaree Energies Limited is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of a 64% stake in Kotson’s Private Limited, which specializes in the design & manufacture of transformer solutions, including for renewable energy applications. The deal, worth INR 1.92 billion ($22 million), will make Kotson's – with an annual production capacity of 4,000 MVA – a subsidiary of the solar company. Waaree said that the acquisition will enable its vertical integration and market expansion, while providing it access to the electrical ecosystem for projects. It will also enable it to enhance control over the supply chain and product quality.

370 MW EPE agreement: Indian vertically integrated solar PV company RenewSys has signed an agreement to supply 370 MW of high-performance EPE (Ethylene Propylene Elastomer) encapsulants to Pahal Solar. RenewSys will supply this volume to the Gujarat-based solar PV manufacturer over a 5-month period from September 2025 through January 2026. Pahal Solar operates a 2 GW automated solar PV plant, while RenewSys operates 4 GW of backsheets capacity and targets 30 GW of encapsulants and a 4.5 GW high-efficiency solar cell line by FY 2026-27.  

125 MW online in Gujarat: Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited, has commissioned 125 MW of incremental solar power capacity at Khavda in Gujarat. Following this, the company's total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 15.99 GW, it stated in a stock exchange announcement.
