In a statement issued and reported by local media, the company said its park will be spread across 9,000 acres of land in Bikaner district and is in receipt of all required transmission agreements and approvals. It is fully connected to the central transmission system.

So far, the country has solar parks that are either fully or partly owned by the government. "This is the 1st and only 100% privately-owned Ultra Mega Solar Park in the country connected to the central transmission system," stated the company. "Our solar park is a major factor in risk reduction for solar developers.
