American solar tracker manufacturer Array Technologies, Inc has announced the appointment of Terrance Collins as the company's new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will report directly to the CEO Kevin Hostetler.
Collins was working with cranes manufacturer The Manitowoc Company for the last 4 years, and previously with engineering and construction services company FDH Velocitel, among other brands. He has over 25 years of human resources and cross-functional leadership experience, according to Array.
At Array, he will oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment and succession planning, learning and development, recognition and retention, diversity and inclusion, and total rewards.
"Terrance brings to Array broad expertise in human resources rooted in driving transformational organizational change," said Hostetler. "As we look towards the future of the company and continue to evolve our organization, we are confident in his abilities to help drive Array forward while ensuring our people are at the center of each decision we make."
Hostetler was announced as the company's new CEO in April 2022, as Jim Fusaro is to leave Array by the end of 2022 (see Jim Fusaro To Leave Array By 2022-End).
