New Old First Solar CFO

• Since July 1, 2016, Alexander Bradley had been serving as the interim CFO of First Solar
• As of October 24, 2016, Bradley will assume his responsibility as the regular CFO
• Bradley was previously working with First Solar as vice president, Treasury and Project Finance

US based vertically-integrated solar power solutions provider First Solar, Inc. has announced that Alexander R. Bradley will be the company's chief financial officer (CFO) from October 24, 2016 onwards. Bradley has been serving as the interim CFO of First Solar since July 1, 2016.

Prior to this, Bradley was working as VP Treasury and Project Finance for First Solar, looking after global debt, global treasury, equity and tax equity financings, project structuring and project sales. He will continue to serve as a director on the board of the general partner of 8point3 Energy Partners LP, First Solar reported in Form 8-K filing with the SEC. 8point3 is a yieldco formed by SunPower and First Solar.

In May 2016, a number of people were shuffled at the helm of First Solar. Then CFO Mark Widmar replaced James Alton Hughes to become the CEO. The Chief Operations Officer (COO) Georges Antoun was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) (see First Solar Management Change).
