Wagner takes over from the company’s Founder and previous majority shareholder Tino Petsch who has sold part of his share package and will withdraw from operative business. Petsch founded the business in 2002. He will remain with the company he founded as a consultant and remain associated as a shareholder.
Wagner has been with 3D-Micromac AG since 2012 and grew to become its chief technology officer (CTO) in 2017. He was also appointed as the Managing Director of 3D-Micromac America, LLC in 2016.
