At just 21, Tornike is one of the youngest members of AESOLAR’s international sales team who has been with the company for almost 2 years. Originally based in Tbilisi, Tornike blends his local roots with a global mindset, something that fits perfectly in AESOLAR’s multicultural environment. Backed by a background in electrical engineering and a personality as energetic as it is ambitious, Tornike has quickly carved out his place in the European B2B market. From forging strong client relationships to helping them to success, Tornike brings something a little extra to the table, every time.

“I was drawn to AESOLAR because of the industry itself. Renewable energy is a field I knew I wanted to be part of,” he explains. “What really made it stick, though, is the culture. Friendly teammates, room to grow professionally, and an environment where I could thrive.”

What keeps him motivated? For Tornike, it’s all about connection: both personal and professional. “The people. Honestly, the friends I’ve made, whether they’re coworkers or clients, have been a big reason I’ve stayed and grown here,” he says. “It’s been an honor to connect with industry professionals who have more years of experience than my age. Learning from them is something I truly value.”

Building Meaningful Client Relationships

While Tornike knows his way around product specs and data sheets, it’s his approach to people that sets him apart. “I’d say I’m very close and comfortable with my clients,” he shares. “I’ve spent time with clients outside of work, met their families, had conversations that had nothing to do with business,” he says. “That’s what makes it different. We trust each other, we’re not just trading emails or closing deals, we’re genuinely invested in one another.”

That trust is earned, not assumed. Tornike’s clients often rely on him not just for deals, but for advice which he is always ready to give, every single time. “I think they’d describe me as someone who’s helpful, responsible, and always willing to go the extra mile. And I try to be someone who’s approachable, not just professionally, but personally too.”

What Success Looks Like

When asked how he defines success, Tornike doesn’t hesitate: “Customer feedback. When clients complete projects and share their success stories, knowing I had a part in that, it fills me with pride.” But there’s more. For him, success is also about building a professional network filled with people who share the same drive to innovate and grow. “It’s the relationships that matter. That’s where the real impact is.”

The AE Advantage

As someone on the frontlines of European sales, Tornike is proud to represent AESOLAR, and he believes the company’s approach sets it apart. “AESOLAR is a family-owned company, and that shows up in how we treat our customers. We’re transparent, customer-oriented, and always trying to meet needs in a way that benefits both sides. Our status as the only European Manufacturer with Tier 1 status gives us credibility and reliability, but our values are what make us stand out.”

Outside the Office

When he’s not closing deals or meeting with clients, Tornike is recharging with friends. “I love hanging out, camping, exploring new places. And music plays a big role in my life too. It helps me relax.” Besides this, he’s also balancing it all while still completing his university degree, something that only adds to his discipline and drive.
