TÜV Rheinland has officially awarded AESOLAR the IEC 62941:2019 PV Manufacturing Quality System certification, a globally recognized quality management system standard specifically tailored to photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing. This certification further affirms AESOLAR’s engineering discipline and stringent control standards across the full product lifecycle.
As the only quality system standard tailored for the photovoltaic industry, IEC 62941 offers a more rigorous and PV-focused framework than ISO 9001. The certification provides detailed guidance across critical areas including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), lifecycle management, process control, reliability testing, traceability, and post-delivery activities. In contrast to standard management audits, IEC 62941 focuses intensively on all production factors that influence product consistency and durability. Its technical specificity and implementation guidance enhance operational discipline and core competitiveness, offering manufacturers like AESOLAR a pathway to sustainable excellence.
