Astronergy proudly announced that it was recognized as a Tier 1 PV Module Supplier in the first 2025 Tier 1 Cleantech Companies list released by S&P Global Commodity Insights, reflecting the company’s strong global presence, trusted financial stability, and ongoing commitment to sustainable growth.
Unlike traditional rankings, this list is designed to set a transparent industry benchmark for reliability and long-term performance in the clean energy supply chain. The evaluation assessed companies across six key dimensions, including market presence and share, total capacity and global diversification, financial performance, and sustainability metrics.
Founded in 2006, Astronergy is among the earliest private enterprises in China to set foot in the photovoltaic sector. Today, the company has over 10 manufacturing bases worldwide, with a business footprint spanning more than 140 countries and regions. So far, Astronergy’s cumulative global shipment has exceeded 150GW, including 18.5GW in the first half of 2025.
As a responsible module supplier, Astronergy actively contributes to global sustainability. The company’s Yancheng and Jiuquan Manufacturing Bases have been certified as zero-carbon factories, while the Haining and Yancheng Manufacturing Bases have been recognized as Certified ESG Sites with Silver Ratings from Solar Stewardship initiatives (SSI). Additionally, Astronergy has achieved EcoVadis’ Group-Level Gold Sustainability Rating in recent years.
