LAMPA, REGIÓN METROPOLITANA, CHILE – December 10, 2025 – Jinko ESS, a global leading energy storage company, today celebrated the official opening of its dedicated Service Center in Chile. The inauguration ceremony marks a significant milestone in the company's strategy to deepen its local presence, enhance client support, and build trust across the LATAM region.
Located in Lampa, the new service hub is established to provide comprehensive, localized support for Jinko ESS’s growing portfolio of clients and projects in Chile. Over 1.6GWh of projects is undertaking right now within the region. The center embodies the company’s commitment to empowering the Chilean energy transition through reliable, rapid, and expert service. Unlike many industry practices that heavily rely on outsourced service providers, the Chile Service Center is fully owned and operated by Jinko ESS. It is staffed with in-house engineers and certified technicians, representing a significant investment in self-built capability to ensure consistent service quality, accountability, and long-term reliability for all projects in the region.
The new center is designed to deliver tangible benefits to the Chilean market, focusing on three core pillars. Localized Expertise: Featuring on-site technical teams for immediate support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, minimizing system downtime; Trust Building: Housing dedicated rapid-response teams to address regional needs promptly, ensuring operational continuity and peace of mind for clients; Product Training: Offering hands-on sessions and workshops to empower local stakeholders, installers, and partners with in-depth knowledge of Jinko ESS solutions.
“As a substantial milestone to commit accountability, the opening of our Chile Service Center is more than a new facility; it is a promise to our Chilean partners and clients,” said Samson Wang, General Manager of Jinko ESS LATAM. “By embedding our expertise within the local community, we ensure faster response times, tailored support, and a deeper understanding of regional market needs, ultimately fostering greater trust and project success.”
