DAS Solar Earns Five-Star Certification for After-Sales Service Excellence
The "Evaluation System for After-sales Service of Commodity" (GB/T27922-2011) is a national standard for evaluating after-sales services in manufacturing, covering the planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement of the service system, along with personnel qualifications, facilities, and equipment. The evaluation assesses the entire service process from sales to customer feedback and relationship management, rating the service system based on the quality of each step, with a top rating of five stars.
In line with global dual carbon goals and the solar industry's steady growth, DAS Solar has placed a strong emphasis on enhancing customer service.
