JinkoSolar, the global leading PV and ESS supplier, announced that it has achieved a new world record efficiency of 34.76% for its N-type TOPCon-based perovskite tandem cell, certified by the National PV Metric & Testing Center (NPVM). This result breaks the previous record of 34.22% for this type of tandem cell, marking the 32nd time JinkoSolar has broken a world record for cell efficiency and module power, representing significant progress in next-generation perovskite tandem technology.

This latest breakthrough is attributed to JinkoSolar's systematic innovation in perovskite and tandem technologies. Key advancements include the company's self-developed high-efficiency N-type TOPCon bottom cell, perovskite bottom interface defect passivation, novel perovskite crystallization techniques, and optimized charge vertical transport strategies.
