Data and estimations for 168 markets show that the JinkoSolar’s Tiger Neo TOPCon modules outsold all other models
* TOPCon accounted for almost 94% global sales in 2025 H1
Despite facing many challenges, the global solar PV industry performed well in the first half year of 2025. According to PV Infolink, a total of 247.9 GW modules were sold by TOP 10 manufacturers in H1 2025. This marks an increase of 10%. With more than 225 GW sold in the first half year.
JinkoSolar secured top position in the global ranking with approximately 41GW shipment, a result achieved by no other manufacturer before. And its Tiger Neo 2.0 modules of 630Wp and 80% bifaciality continue to be most popular for the majority of consumers. 10%. With more than 40 GW sold in the first half year, JinkoSolar’s Tiger Neo 2.0 TOPCon modules gain further traction, not only post a new record in utility market but also recorded their highest ever market share in DG sector.
Impressively, its successor Tiger Neo 3.0 leaps to increase the front side power to 650Wp -670Wp and bifaciality to 85%-90%, temp coefficient lower to -0.26%, there is potential for becoming the next global top sellers, outselling other models.
The all-round performance enhancement seen in Tiger Neo 3.0 is remarkable, especially considering the front side power and efficiency on par with BC while maintaining back side bifaciality of 15% higher. The ongoing advantage of low light performance of TOPCon cells due to much less leakage current persists in most scenarios and low irradiance conditions.
Compared to its n-type BC counterpart which has the same power class of 650-670Wp in the front side, Tiger Neo 3.0 will quickly gained popularity in all markets particularly in DG sector, which attributes to 90 watts more power (kW) per panel (670w+670w*85% bifaciality), 2-3% more yield gain per watt on average(kWh/kW), more working hour per day and year (better low light performance), more stability (lower UV and light induced degradation), and also more affordable alternatives in that 650-670 Wp high end sector.
