In the same form factor, power output jumps from 670W to 700W, module efficiency reaches 25.91%, and power density exceeds 259W/m², ushering TOPCon into the 700W+ era. The Tiger Neo 5.0 features a new cell architecture that promises to extend crystalline silicon’s Moore’s Law for another decade.
