As a key player in Iraq’s clean energy sector, Barzaei Halwan will leverage Seraphim’s global distribution channels and marketing expertise. In return, Seraphim will provide comprehensive supply and support services spanning PV modules, inverters, and energy storage systems. This collaboration is designed to deepen both companies’ presence in the Middle East and support the region’s transition to sustainable energy.

Iraq has committed to generating 20% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030, though implementation has been gradual. At the signing ceremony, Insan Boy, Vice President of Global Sales at Seraphim, stated: “The Middle East is central to Seraphim’s global strategy. This agreement strengthens our local service capabilities and establishes a strong foundation for long-term cooperation. Through ongoing innovation and mutual trust, we are confident in delivering lasting value. This is more than a business agreement—it’s a shared commitment to technology, growth, and sustainability.”

Khalid Braym Qadir, CEO of Barzaei Halwan, shared his confidence in the collaboration: “From our initial conversations, Seraphim’s brand strength and technological leadership were clear. Their high-efficiency solutions and global experience are exactly what Iraq and the wider region need. We believe this partnership will unlock tremendous

opportunities and accelerate Iraq’s energy transformation.”

As global efforts intensify toward a low-carbon future, solar energy remains at the forefront of the transition. This 250MW framework agreement underscores the growing partnership between Seraphim and Barzaei Halwan. Seraphim remains dedicated to providing clean, reliable, and innovative solar solutions across the Middle East, contributing to both regional development and global climate.
