

Three of the five product segments of the TaiyangNews PV Price Index saw slight declines in Calendar Week 37.
Following a massive jump in CW36, prices in the polysilicon segment were flat week-on-week (WoW).
Prices for the three wafer types declined 2.8% to 5.6% WoW.
Among cells, TOPCon 182 mm and 210 mm cell prices declined 3.2% and 4.8% WoW, respectively, while the Bifacial 210R TOPCon cell increased 5%.
In the modules category, the two BC module types saw their prices decline by 1.3% to 2.4% WoW.
Note: The recently included TOPCon Module 182 × 210 mm (635-640W) and TOPCon 182 × 210 mm 132-Cell Bifacial Module (645-650W) have been discontinued
The two solar glass variants have remained unchanged since CW17.
Despite the slight declines in wafers, cells, and modules in CW37, prices across the TaiyangNews PV Price Index have generally moved higher in recent weeks, following the sharp increases seen in the wafer and cell segments. Year-to-date (YtD), price declines across segments have now been limited to a maximum of 25.8%, while the module category remains positive overall.
The data refers to average product prices in China. The data was collected by Chinese market research firm Gessey PV Consulting.
