

The TaiyangNews PV Price Index remained unchanged in Calendar Week 40, as China returned to business after the Golden Week holiday.
The polysilicon segment was flat week-on-week (WoW) after a massive jump in CW36.
Prices for the n-type 182 mm and 210R wafer types are up month-on-month (MoM), while 210 mm wafer prices are down 2.1%.
Cell prices are down in the low-to-high single digits MoM
Module prices have also stayed relatively flat MoM, with variations ranging from -2.9% to +1.1%.
The two solar glass variants have remained unchanged since CW17.
While the TaiyangNews PV Price Index has been generally flat in recent weeks, prices remain well above their lows seen earlier in the year. Year-to-date (YtD), price declines across segments have now been limited to a maximum of 25.8%, while the module category remains positive overall.
The data refers to average product prices in China. The data was collected by Chinese market research firm Gessey PV Consulting.
