  •  PLATIO Solar during Intersolar 2023 showcased its on-grid and off-grid photovoltaic systems for both new and existing projects
  • The pavers are made from 100% post-consumer waste and can withstand heavy loads, making them ideal for use in sidewalks, plazas, and other high-traffic areas
  • The Smart City Hub is a collaboration between PLATIO Solar, Kuube, and Rollin that features PV systems that charge scooters with clean energy and provide a social experience at Kuube’s bench.

PLATIO Solar, a provider of sustainable solar solutions, participated in Intersolar 2023 with its innovative double green PLATIO solar pavers made from recycled plastic waste. The company also showcased its on-grid and off-grid photovoltaic systems for both new and existing projects.

PLATIO Solar Pavers are a walkable, green building materials that generate clean energy from the sun. The solar cells in the pavers are protected by heavyduty, anti-slip, scratch- and impact-resistant glass panels. The load-bearing capacity of the walkon solar panel surface and the protection of the cables are provided by a robust frame structure. The recycled plastic frame of the paver is made from 100% post-consumer waste, which helps reduce the environmental impact of the product.

One of the highlights of PLATIO Solar’s booth was the Smart City Hub, a collaboration with Kuube and Rollin that features PV systems that charge scooters with clean energy and provide a social experience at Kuube’s bench. The Smart City Hub is a good example of sustainable solutions for urban environments.
